David Warner has been an absolute character on the field and there’s no doubt about it. This was quite evident during the ongoing warmup game against Pakistan. The Australian opener brought up a unique celebration after he took a catch in the match.
David Waner pulled out a ‘Pushpa’ celebration after he took the catch of Abdhulla Shafique. It happened during the third ball of the 12th over when Sean Abbott bowled a short of a length delivery outside off. The Pakistan batter tried to heave that away across the line.
However, he chose the wrong ball as he had to drag it across and it got big on him. The ball caught the outside edge and lobbed up towards the mid-off. The ball was pouched by David Warner, who then did the Pushpa celebration. Later, he was also seen doing the famous Srivalli hook step.
