The Indian team went to meet the Scotland players in their dressing room after the completion of the match between the two sides at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Scotland skipper, Kyle Coetzer, had earlier stated that he would like his team to get an opportunity to talk to some of the best in the game. This would help them move forward and develop the sport in their country and help improve the current squad.

We would, they are excellent ambassadors of the game. We want our guys to speak to them, be it Kohli or Williamson or Rashid Khan. That is the only and best way to learn. We used to be able to do it in the pubs before, but now we cannot,” Coetzer had said.

Here are the pictures showing the Indian players having a chat with the Scotland team:

The Indian team fulfilled their wish and visited the dressing room of Scotland after their Super 12 game. The Scotland Twitter account posted pictures where the likes of Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma are seen having a conversation with the Scottish players.

Coetzer had also said that standing next to Kohli would be a special moment for anyone since he is a role model for the game. “Standing next to Virat at the toss will be a special occasion for anyone, not just for me. He is an idol of the game and the stylish manner he scores,” Coetzer had mentioned.
