Former Indian opener Gautam Gambhir is confident that Virat Kohli-led India will win the ICC T20 World Cup 2021 battle against arch-rivals Pakistan.
India and Pakistan are clubbed in the Group 2 of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021, along with New Zealand, Afghanistan, Scotland and Namibia. The highly anticipated battle between arch-rivals India & Pakistan is all set to commence on 24 October at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

Virat Kohli-led side has won both of their warm-up games in the T20 World Cup 2021. India comfortably chased down the target in the warm-up games against England and Australia at ICC Academy Ground.
On the other hand, Babar Azam-led side won the first warm-up game comfortably against West Indies and lost the other warm-up battle against South Africa.
Notably, Pakistan has never defeated India in the World Cup encounters, whether it is a T20 World Cup or a 50-over World Cup. As a result, India has a 12-0 lead against arch-rivals Pakistan in the World Cups.
India Will Play Well And Will Win – Gautam Gambhir

Former Indian opener Gautam Gambhir said that India has consistently performed well heading into the T20 World Cup 2021. They will continue their good run and win the battle against Pakistan.
“My best wishes are with the team. They have performed well till now. They will surely win. I have full confidence in them. The team is doing great. Nothing will impact their performance. The team will play well and will win,” Gambhir was quoted as saying on Times Now.

The Pakistan cricket fraternity has made big claims ahead of the high-profile clash, and Gautam Gambhir feels that Pakistan always does that and India should ignore them.
“Pakistan always says like this. If India plays with the same potential then we can win over any country,” he added.
Gautam Gambhir also talked about Jan Rasoi, an initiative he set up to provide food to needy people.
“I want nobody to sleep empty stomach. With that idea, I am come up with Jan Rasoi. From each centre we are feeding around 4,000 people. I want to open more such centres so that we can feed more needy people,” he asserted.
