Virat Kohli’s childhood coach Rajkumar Sharma has said that the Indian captain enjoys playing and scoring runs against arch-rivals Pakistan National Cricket Team.
India National Cricket Team is placed in the Group 2 of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021 along with Pakistan, New Zealand, Afghanistan, Scotland and Namibia. The Men In Blue will begin their Super 12 journey with a battle against arch-rivals Pakistan on 24 October at Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
Rajkumar Sharma believes that team India is an experienced side, and they are capable of winning the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021.
“We have a very capable and experienced team that can handle pressure. Virat always like challenges and enjoys playing and scoring against Pakistan. In the T20 world cup, it’s has been a record so far that Pakistan has not been able to dismiss him,” Rajkumar Sharma told ANI.
Notably, Pakistan has never defeated India in the World Cup encounters, whether it is a T20 World Cup or a 50-over World Cup. As a result, India has a 12-0 lead against arch-rivals Pakistan in the World Cups.
India Will Win Today’s Match – Kirti Azad
Former Indian cricketer Kirti Azad has predicted that Virat Kohli-led India will win the match against Pakistan as they have good knowledge about the Dubai International Cricket Stadium surface, having recently played Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021.
“Who will win and lose in today’s game, it is difficult to say but according to the current team, India will win today’s match. Indian players have been defeating Pakistan in most of the matches even before this,”
“The Indian players have an extra advantage of knowing the Dubai pitch better, as they have just played the Indian Premier League (IPL), which will give them an upper hand in the game,” he stated.
Meanwhile, speedster Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s childhood coach Sanjay Rastogi is also hopeful that Bhuvneshwar Kumar will deliver a good performance and India will win the match.
“I am really excited about today’s match and hopeful and Bhuvneshwar will perform well and lead team India to win,” he said.
