The World Cricket witnessed a thriller on 23rd October (Sunday) where India from nowhere clinched the match against Pakistan. The atmosphere at the MCG was quite electric and the match was evenly contested. At one stage it looked like Pakistan would run away with the match as chasing 48 runs in the last 3 overs is never easy.
Former Skipper Virat Kohli showed great calmness in crunch situations of the match and it looked as if he had a complete game plan ready against the bowlers. Pakistan on the other hand wasn’t able to pick wickets after the early burst where they took 4 wickets inside 10 overs.
Aaron Finch on India vs Pakistan Clash
Skipper Aaron Finch was seen interacting with Melinda Farrell on her You-Tube Channel and was asked about the match. “Regardless of what the result is…I think the India-Pakistan game was amazing. I was actually sitting at home, nervous! I was nervous in the build-up watching that because I know how big a clash it is and I can’t wait for the day that I can retire and go and watch an India-Pakistan game live somewhere,” said Finch
Concerns Over Aaron Finch
The Australian skipper has found it tough to score runs in the marquee competition. The right-handed batter managed to score 31 runs in 42 balls against Sri Lanka where he was seen struggling. The batter struck only 1 six in his innings and it looked as if he was trying too hard to score runs.
Skipper Aaron Finch was quite frustrated with his performance. Many experts have said that Cameron Green should be included and make him bat at the top of the order as he can provide some lusty bl0ws. It would be interesting to see whether Finch makes any significant change in his approach.
