IND vs ENG: "Ghar Ka Ek Buzurg Hona Chahiye, Agar 7 Honge..."- Ajay Jadeja on Rohit Sharma's Captaincy

Indian Cricket Team suffered a massive defeat against England. The Men in Blue were outplayed in all the 3 facets of the game and it looked as if they were not ready for an uphill challenge. Skipper Rohit Sharma should be questioned as he didn’t quite rotate the bowlers as expected.
England on the other hand would be over the moon as winning the match by 10 wickets is a huge achievement. Skipper Jos Buttler and Alex Hales were in beast mode as they never allowed any bowler to settle down. The duo was quite lethal and at the same time, they made sure that they didn’t panic after playing a string of dot balls.
Ajay Jadeja on Rohit Sharma
Ajay Jadeja was having an interaction with Cricbuzz and made some strong remarks on Rohit Sharma. “Main ek baat bolunga jo chubhegi agar Rohit Sharma sunenge, agar team banaani hai kisi captain ko, toh usko saare saal team ke saath rehna padta hai. Poore saal me Rohit Sharma kitne daure pe rahe? Ye hindsight me nahi keh raha, ye main pehle bhi bola hu. Aapne team bani hai, aur aap saath nahi rehte. Coach bhi New Zealand nahi jaa rahe,” said Ajay Jadeja.
(J would say one thing which might hurt Rohit Sharma. If you have to make a team as captain, you have to stick with the side for the entire year. How many series did Rohit Sharma play this year? I’m not saying this in hindsight, I’ve been saying this since before. Even in New Zealand, the coach isn’t travelling).
“Ghar ka ek hi buzurg hona chahiye, saat buzurg honge toh bhi dikkat hai. (There should only be one leader in the team. If there are 7, it would be difficult.)” he added.
Tough Loss for India
The Men in Blue would be shattered as their entire campaign has gone in vain. The billion people will have to wait for another 2 years to see India get their hands on their trophy. India’s decision to make Pant after Pandya was quite a mystery as he could have been dangerous against spinners.
Skipper Rohit Sharma should be questioned for his tactics. The captain’s decision to give Axar Patel an over didn’t prove well in the power-play overs. Head Coach Rahul Dravid would be dejected as the team failed at the crucial junction of the match and most importantly there was no intent.
