Zimbabwe would sense that they have a golden chance to win against India as they have got nothing to lose. They would take a leaf out of Pakistan’s triumph where the team won against all the odds.  Zimbabwe could prove to be the silent assassins as they have got a lot of match-winners present.

Shikhar Dhawan on Virat Kohli

Shikhar Dhawan was seen interacting with India Today Conclave and was asked about Virat Kohli. “Virat’s self belief is very strong, his mindset is very positive when you talk to him and its all about how you talk to yourself. You can be your best friend or your own victim, that is totally dependent on you. He is quite disciplined as well, he ate everything and quite fat and he changed all of that with his will power. This mixed with his skill got him success.” said Dhawan.

“When someone does not perform, you go through stress. You dig deeper and go through self-reflection. Every phase in life teaches you something and it is about the journey and not the destination. Once the individual realises that it is about the journey, it is more fun.” he added.

Invaluable Virat Kohli

The right handed batter has been quite magnificent with the bat. He has made sure that he sticks to the crease and plays long and effective innings. Due to the resurgence of Virat Kohli, the other batters can bat around as he provides stability to the innings in the middle overs.

Head Coach Rahul Dravid would be well aware of the fact that alone Virat can’t win a championship as the rest batters need to step up. The management may promote Hardik Pandya up the order as he can provide some lusty blows at the crucial junction of the match.
