ICC Womens Team Rankings 2026

The ICC Women's team rankings is a method to rank women's teams playing in all the formats of international cricket. The method to rank the teams across formats was developed by David Kendix.

At present, the ICC does not update the rankings for the players or teams in women's Tests. However, the governing body of the game makes sure to release the rankings for teams in other formats in ICC Women's team rankings. As of now, the apex body of the game regularly updates the team rankings for ODIs and T20Is.

Only the teams that meet the eligibility criteria for matches played are ranked in the ICC Women's team rankings. The rating points given to the teams are calculated by dividing the points scored by the match/series total, with the answer given to the nearest whole number. 

The ICC updates the ranking regularly. Just like men's team rankings, the ICC Women's team rankings are also updated after every match. The updates include all matches completed till the previous day and do not include any matches played on the day of updating. At present, Australia are at the top of the ICC Women's team rankings in both the limited-overs format.
