India ended Day 2 of the fourth IND vs ENG Test match at 219/7 in 73 overs, with Dhruv Jurel and Kuldeep Yadav present at the crease for India. Jurel is currently unbeaten on 30 runs from 58 balls with 2 fours and 1 sixes, whereas Kuldeep has hit 17 runs from 72 balls. While the Indian wrist spinner showcased brilliant defense at the crease, Indian batsman Shubman Gill and captain Rohit Sharma were seen mimicking his batting style.
On the fourth ball of the 70th over of England pacer James Anderson, Kuldeep Yadav left the ball which went straight to the wicketkeeper Ben Foakes. While Anderson was returning to his mark after delivering the ball, the camera shifted to the Indian dressing room. While Shubman Gill was first seen practicing how to defend the ball, the very next second, Gill mimicked Kuldeep’s batting style followed by Indian captain Rohit Sharma. The whole Indian dressing room laughed seeing their act.

Day 2 began on a positive note for England wherein overnight batsmen Joe Root and Ollie Robinson started to take on the Indian bowlers from the first ball. Robinson scored a brilliant half-century and played an innings of 58 runs from 96 balls.
Ravindra Jadeja removed Robinson wherein wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel picked up a bullet catch. Jadeja removed the two rest batsmen including James Anderson and Shoaib Bashir for a duck. However, the hosts were able to recover the early damage as Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill put up a stand of 82 runs from 131 balls. Gill played an innings of 38 runs from 65 balls and gave decent support to Jaiswal. The right-handed batter was dismissed by Shoaib Bashir and was caught in front.
