Ishan Kishan and Virat Kohli both scored hundreds as India posted a massive total of 409/8 in 50 overs against Bangladesh in the third ODI at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium, Chattogram, on Saturday.
The innings was dominated by the duo’s 290-run stand for the second wicket in just 190 balls, with Kishan contributing 199 runs off 114 balls. Virat Kohli scored 113 runs off 91 deliveries, while Ishan Kishan hammered 210 off 131 balls.
The Men in Blue made two changes, with Ishan replacing Rohit Sharma and Kuldeep Yadav replacing Deepak Chahar. Both Rohit and Deepak are ruled out of the match due to injuries. After losing the first two matches against Bangladesh in Dhaka, Team India is trying to win the final match in the three-match series. The hosts are looking for a series whitewash after taking an unassailable 2-0 lead.

Sixth Time India Have Score More Than 400 Runs In ODIs
India have equaled South Africa’s record for the most 400-plus scores in one-day internationals. This is India’s sixth ODI innings in which they have scored more than 400 runs.
They also appeared to be on their way to their highest-ever ODI total, but a flurry of wickets in the last overs restricted them to 409. India scored 418/5 against the West Indies in December 2011, where Virender Sehwag scored a double century, and it remains the team’s highest ODI total.
South Africa last scored more than 400 in an ODI in October 2015. Quinton de Kock, Faf du Plessis, and AB de Villiers scored centuries against India to help the team reach a massive total of 438/4 at Mumbai’s Wankhede Stadium. It was the fourth time South Africa had scored more than 400 runs in an ODI innings that year.
