Indian Cricket Team is all set to clash against the challenging Bangladesh team on 04th December (Sunday). The Men in Blue would be eyeing a quick turnaround after the New Zealand series defeat. The team was outplayed in all the 3 facets of the game.

This ODI Series is not a part of the World Super League, but with World Cup just one year away; both the teams would be eager to get their ideal combination. Bangladesh would be roaring to prove a point that they are not a finished product as earlier they were comprehensively defeated by Zimbabwe.

Litton Das Appointed Skipper

The dashing wicket-keeper batter Litton Das has been named Bangladesh’s skipper against India ODI Series. Tamim Iqbal was ruled out of the ODI leg due to an injury. It’s quite surprising to see that Shakib Al Hasan wasn’t given the captaincy reins as he is vastly immensely experienced. The BCB perhaps is looking at the future as Litton Das has shown a lot of promise in recent years.

Tough Task for Bangladesh

The Bangladeshi Tigers would be well aware of the fact that India will possess a steep challenge. The Men in Blue would be eager to take revenge for the 2015 ODI Series defeat which Bangladesh had won against all odds. The likes of Virat Kohli & Rohit Sharma were a part of their campaign as they would be keen to make a mark.

Head Coach Rahul Dravid & Skipper Rohit Sharma will have to be spot-on with their selection as they can’t afford to take Bangladesh lightly. Bangladesh recently has adopted a fearless approach and it would be interesting to see how they fare against a powerful Indian attack. All eyes would be on the duo of Shakib & Rahim as once again they will have to stick to the crease and guide the batters in crunch situations of the match.
