Ishan Kishan was in sublime touch as he was showing no mercy to any bowler. The batter notched up his maiden century and was looking unstoppable. The specialty of his knock was that he didn’t panic even after playing a string of dot balls.

Ishan Kishan became the 7th batter to smash a double century after Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, Rohit Sharma, Chris Gayle, Martin Guptill & Fakhar Zaman. Ishan Kishan got off to a double century in 126 balls and broke the record for the fastest double century. The dressing room erupted in joy as the batter made a massive case for himself.

Crucial Phase for Bangladesh

The Bangladeshi Tigers would be bracing themselves as India is all set to post a total in excess of 375+. There is hardly any help for the bowlers on the pitch. The Skipper Litton Das will have to make sure that India doesn’t get to the mark of 400 runs and would be banking on Mustafizur for slowing down things.

The likes of KL Rahul would be keen to make the most of the batting track as in the 2nd ODI, he couldn’t guide the team in a crunch situation. It would be interesting to see how things pan out for both the teams as Bangladesh will require a helluva of effort to stop India.
