In WI vs IND 3rd ODI, India opted to bat first after winning the toss. Rain affected the match and it was reduced to 36 overs per side. For India, Shikhar Dhawan slammed 58 runs while Shubman Gill scored a spectacular 98 not-out. Shreyas Iyer also played a crucial knock of 44 to take India to 225-3 in 36 overs.

Later, Brandon King and Nicholas Pooran scored 42 runs each for the team. However, a 4-wicket haul by Yuzvendra Chahal restricted the hosts to 137-all out.

India won the match by 119 runs and Shubman Gill won the man of the match award for his fabulous 98-run knock. Gill also won the man of the series award for smashing 2 half-centuries and a 40-plus knock in 3 games.
