Chennai Super Kings (CSK) opener, Ruturaj Gaikwad, looked like he would finally get out of his rut in the IPL 2022 season and get a big score but his knock was cut short by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) pacer, T Natarajan.
Ruturaj failed to hit double digits in the first three games of this season that CSK ended up losing. It is quite similar to the previous season where he had a horrid start before racking up the runs and ending as the orange cap winner.
However, the good times haven’t yet begun for the youngster as he was undone by a pacy inswinger from Natarajan. After playing a couple of attractive shots in the knock, he was dismissed for 16 (13) balls.
CSK had already lost Robin Uthappa earlier and Ruturaj’s dismissal further added to their woes.
