Gujarat Titans, according to former England captain Kevin Pietersen, are the club to beat in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022, as the Hardik Pandya-led side continuously finds a path to victory, either from a good, mediocre, or bad position in matches.

Pietersen observed that Gujarat reminded him of the Rajasthan Royals, who won the title in 2008 under Shane Warne.

In this IPL, the Titans have been the team to watch. Everything they’ve touched has turned to gold, with improbable match winners popping up whenever they’ve been in difficulty. The Titans are the strong contenders to win Saturday’s contest, having won seven of their last eight games and are on a five-match winning streak.

Kevin Pietersen named the Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, and GT as his IPL 2022 contenders.

“Rajasthan Royals are also doing well, and I expect Delhi Capitals to make a strong push for the top four with all of their experience. Those are my top three picks to win the competition “Pietersen continued.

‘Gujarat Titans are going to be difficult to stop’: Kevin Pietersen

Kevin Pietersen said, “At this point in the IPL, it appears that Gujarat Titans will be tough to stop. They continuously win games, irrespective of whether they’re in a good, average, or bad position in matches. “When you have that winning attitude, it’s quite tough to break,” Pietersen wrote for betway on his blog.

“When I initially watched their team, I didn’t expect them to be at the top of the standings, but they’re on a run.” It recalls me of when Shane Warne’s Rajasthan Royals won the championship in 2008. They weren’t the finest team on paper, but everyone understood what they were doing and they had a wonderful mentality.

“The energy in the locker room is so fantastic when you’re dominating like that. Nobody complains about their losses; instead, everyone wears a happy smile and thinks positively. This frees you up to develop yourself and play much better ” Pietersen Added.

Gujarat Titans facing off against Royal Challengers Bangalore on 30th April at the Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai.

The IPL betting site Betway thinks a certain Hardik Pandya will come out strong again in his match on Saturday. Hardik Panya is currently priced at 2.10 to hit a six against RCB.
