Gujarat Titans vs Lucknow Super Giants Prediction: Who Will Win The Match Between GT vs LSG? IPL 2022, Match 04, GT vs LSG. Gujarat Titans, the IPL 2022 newcomers will hope their spin and pace bowlers live up to expectations and fire them to a decent finish in their inaugural season. A lack of good Indian batting options and also quality overseas batsmen may impact their hopes of a playoff spot.

Gujarat Titans vs Lucknow Super Giants Prediction: Who Will Win The Match Between GT vs LSG? IPL 2022, Match 04, GT vs LSG
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG), like the Gujarat Titans, will be playing their first season of the IPL. Former Punjab Kings skipper KL Rahul will captain the new franchise in the IPL 2022. Lucknow Super Giants drafted opener KL Rahul, leg spinner Ravi Bishnoi and all-rounder Marcus Stoins to their team before the IPL 2022 mega auction.
But they were dealt a big blow before the start of the season when England speedster Mark Wood was ruled out for the entire season with an elbow injury sustained in the West Indies. Australian pacer Andrew Tye was named his replacement.

In Quinton de Kock and KL Rahul, Lucknow Super Giants have a formidable opening pair. Lucknow Super Giants also boast a solid Indian core in the likes of batters KL Rahul, Manish Pandey, all-rounders Deepak Hooda, Krunal Pandya, pacer Avesh Khan and leg spinner Ravi Bishnoi, all of whom are almost guaranteed to be in the playing XI.
Marcus Stoinis is part of the Australia squad for the limited-overs series in Pakistan while Jason Holder will be playing for the West Indies in their Test series against England, as will be Kyle Mayers. Andrew Tye may have been brought in as a replacement for Mark Wood but the fact remains that the absence of the England fast bowler will hurt Lucknow Super Giants prospects.
Lucknow Super Giant’s batting looks pretty solid with the presence of power hitters like KL Rahul, Quinton de Kock, and Evin Lewis and they seem to have the most bases covered as they have quality Indian spinner in Ravi Bishnoi and pacer Avesh Khan in the squad.
Aussie pacer Andrew Tye may get a game against Gujarat Titans as Marcus Stoinis, Jason Holder and Kyle Mayers are unavailable for international commitments. Lucknow Super Giants look like favourites as of now at least on paper.

Lucknow Super Giants Probable XI vs Gujarat Titans:
KL Rahul (c), Quinton de Kock(wk), Manish Pandey, Deepak Hooda, Evin Lewis, Krunal Pandya, Dushmantha Chameera, K Gowtham, Ravi Bishnoi, Andrew Tye, Avesh Khan
Lucknow Super Giants Squad:
KL Rahul, Quinton de Kock, Manish Pandey, Deepak Hooda, Marcus Stoinis, Krunal Pandya, Jason Holder, K Gowtham, Ravi Bishnoi, Avesh Khan, Andrew Tye, Dushmantha Chameera, Ankit Rajpoot, Shahbaz Nadeem, Manan Vohra, Mohsin Khan, Ayush Badoni, Karan Sharma, Mayank Yadav, Kyle Mayers, K Gowtham, Evin Lewis.
