The final list of players for IPL 2022 auction is out. A total of 590 players have been shortlisted in the final list and will go under the hammer during the auction. IPL 2021 auction is set to take place on February 12 and 13 in Bengaluru.

Earlier, a total of 1214 players had registered themselves for IPL 2022 auction. However, only 590 of them could enter the final list. Out of these 590 players, 370 are Indian players while 220 are overseas players.

Moreover, the list consists of 228 capped players and 355 uncapped players. The overseas players are from different countries like Australia, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, England, South Africa, Sri Lanka among others. So far, the 10 franchises have picked a total of 33 players in their squads. The rest of the players will be picked from this list during IPL 2022 auction.

There are different base prices under which the 590 players have identified themselves. The highest prices are in the range of Rs. 2 crores, Rs. 1.5 crore, and Rs. 1 crore. If we talk about Rs. 1.5 crore base price, 20 players have identified themselves in that category.
