David Warner’s second spell at Delhi Capitals has been a noteworthy one up to this point. Since his appearance, the Australian opening batsman has been the most reliable player for the franchise. The endeavors he has placed in to demonstrate his abilities have been huge, however it wasn’t generally such a case.
David Warner has just played for two IPL franchises in his career. He joined Delhi Daredevils (presently Delhi Capitals) in 2009 and was released after the 2013 season. He spent the following 8 years at Sunrisers Hyderabad before re-joining DC in 2022.

I Have Vented Out My Frustrations At David Warner: Virender Sehwag
Virender Sehwag, who captained David Warner when the latter was a member of the Delhi Daredevils team during his underlying days in the IPL, has made a major disclosure about the dangerous Aussie batsman, uncovering his poor work ethic.

“I too have vented out my frustrations on a couple of players and David Warner was one of them. Because when he had joined newly, he partied more than believing in practice or playing matches. In the first year, he had a fight with a few players so we sent him back for the last two matches. So sometimes it happens that you keep someone out to teach them a lesson.
“He was new so it was important to show him that you alone are not important for the team, others are too. There are other players who can play and win the match for the team too. And that’s what happened. We kept him out of the team and won as well,” Sehwag revealed while speaking on Cricbuzz.
DC Owners Happy With David Warner’s Performance So Far
David Warner’s set of experiences at the Delhi Capitals probably won’t be the best yet that didn’t irritate the franchise owners the slightest bit as they went for the Aussie in the IPL 2022 mega auction. The owners were really glad to have marked the 2021 T20 World Cup victor at a cut-cost arrangement of INR 6.25 crore.

In the IPL 2022 season, Warner has been DC’s best hitter by a mile, having scored 356 runs upto this point at an average of 59.33. Civility of his exhibitions, Delhi is on the chase to get a spot in the playoff games. The team is as of now positioned fifth in the points table and has a predetermination in its own hands.
