Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) batting all-rounder Marcus Stoinis was dismissed by Punjab Kings (PBKS) leg-spinner Rahul Chahar in the 42nd match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune on Friday, April 29.

Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis has, so far, not delivered an impactful performance for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) with the bat in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022.

He once again failed in the match against Punjab Kings as Stoinis got out after scoring just 1 run off 4 balls on the 3rd ball of the 16th over, which was bowled by leg-spinner Rahul Chahar.

Leg-spinner Chahar delivered a length ball on the middle that was spinning away towards the stumps and Stoinis made some room to smash it off the toe of the bat. The ball went to the left side of Chahar and he grabbed the catch with both hands to send back Stoinis.

They lost quick wickets of Deepak Hooda, Krunal Pandya, Ayush Badoni, Stoinis and Jason Holder and at the end of the 20 overs, they were at 153/8.
