Royal Challengers Bangalore went on to win their first game against Mumbai Indians and they will be looking to continue the momentum against Sunrisers tonight. Royal Challengers Bangalore produced a fine display of batting and bowling performance which helped them to win against a strong Mumbai side in the season opener.

Harshal Patel was the star of the show in the last game for Royal Challengers Bangalore picking up a fifer for the first time in his IPL career. AB de Villiers played superb innings in the end when the chase almost looked to have faltered and brought RCB back into the game.

Maxwell also looked to have got back in the form which will be very good signs for RCB moving forward. Here are 3 stars from RCB who can be game-changers against SRH.

IPL 2021: 3 Stars From Royal Challengers Bangalore Who Can Be Game Changers:

Virat Kohli:

The RCB skipper Virat Kohli had a good start to his IPL campaign this year with a decent knock of 33 off just 29 deliveries. He would have liked to improve his strike rate a bit and he will certainly have his eyes on it in the next game against SRH. Kohli formed an important partnership with Maxwell in the middle which set the platform.

Sunrisers have a good bowling attack with the likes of Bhuvneshwar and Rashid Khan which makes the task more important for Virat Kohli. He is one of the best players on the team and he will have to step up with some big scores. His century drought has been continuing for a long time and he will be looking to get the job done this time.

AB de Villiers:

Royal Challengers Bangalore were stuttering at 122 for the loss of six wickets and it looked to be a long road ahead for a win. But the South African stepped up to the task for the RCB and played brilliant innings of 48 runs off just 27 deliveries. He hit four boundaries and two sixes in his innings at a strike rate of 177.

De Villiers’ innings had turned the game upside down and Mumbai who had the upper hand was suddenly pushed to the back end. It was a stellar effort from him considering that Mumbai has a strong bowling lineup and also he has been out of cricket action after retiring from international cricket. The innings showed how much he is really worth as a player in the RCB squad.

Kyle Jamieson:

Kyle Jamieson did a good job in his IPL debut and showed that he is worthy of the price tag that has been offered to him. He finished with figures of 1 wicket for 27 runs in his four-over spell and picked up the important wicket of Suryakumar Yadav which was a much-needed breakthrough at the time.

He can offer a lot with the bat as well down the order and he showed glimpses of his fighting ability at the end of the innings while forming an important partnership with AB de Villiers.

He has the height advantage and is a natural hit-the-deck bowler which can be uncomfortable for some batsmen. He can surely be the game-changer for the Royal Challengers Bangalore against the Sunrisers team.
