Woakes only played 5 matches in IPL 2018. Delhi Capitals also have Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje as pacers, and they both performed extremely well last season. So Woakes might be overlooked over the two.

Sam Billings

Sam Billings is a wicket-keeper batsman who was bought by Delhi Capitals for Rs. 2 crore in IPL 2021 auction. Delhi Capitals already have Rishabh Pant as the wicket-keeper in the team.
