Chennai Super Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Sunrisers Hyderabad, Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders, Punjab Kings, Delhi Capitals, and Rajasthan Royals are the eight teams who will be part of IPL 2021.

Due to Covid-19 concerns in the country, BCCI has taken several measures for IPL 2021. For instance, only 6 venues will host all the matches. Each team will travel just three times during the group stages. The initial matches will be held under closed doors but a call will be taken later to allow spectators inside the stadium.
