IPL 2021: Rajasthan Royals Gift Kannada Actor Sudeep Team Jersey On His 50th Birthday, Says 'We Love You Behind The Stumps'

Rajasthan Royals franchise gifted a team jersey to Kannada Actor Kiccha Sudeep as the latter celebrates his 50th birthday today (September 2). The franchise also shared an Instagram post to wish the actor on his birthday along with a heart-warming message. Sudeep is a popular Kannada actor who has also worked in Telugu, Hindi, and Tamil films.

Some of the popular films of Sudeep are Maanikya, Ranna, Kotigobba 2, Hebbuli, The Villain, Pailwa, and Rakta Charitra. He also worked in the Bollywood film Dabangg 3 in 2019, sharing screen space with popular Bollywood actor Salman Khan. Sudeep also shares a connection with cricket. In Celebrity Cricket League, he leads team Karnataka Bulldozers. He is also the wicketkeeper of the team.

Rajasthan Royals To Begin IPL 2021 Journey Against Punjab Kings

Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals are set to commence their journey in the UAE leg of IPL 2021 with an encounter against Punjab Kings. The match will be played at Dubai International Cricket Stadium on September 21. In the previous encounter with Punjab Kings, RR lost the match by 4 runs.
