Hardik Pandya during toss time was quite excited to play against LSG as Krunal Pandya was leading the side. Hardik Pandya emphasized the fact that they need to play good cricket.

Saha & Gill stitched a mammoth partnership of 142 runs in 12.1 overs. Saha would be slightly disappointed that he missed out on a well-deserving century as he was dismissed on 81 runs in 43 balls and struck 10 fours and 4 sixes.

Hardik Pandya came into bat after the dismissal of Saha in the 13th over who was dismissed by Avesh Khan. On the third delivery of the over, Avesh bowled a length ball on the pads and Hardik Pandya went for the flick shot. However, he missed it completely and the ball rolled off the pads and hit the stumps, but the bails remained intact, and the lucky GT captain survived.
