Tymal Mills went unsold in IPL auction 2023. The franchise spent Rs. – to grab the England pacer in their squad. He kept a base price of Rs. 2 crores in IPL 2023 auction. Tymal Mills is a left-arm pacer.

Tymal Mills was part of Mumbai Indians in the last season. He was released by the team ahead of IPL 2023 auction. In IPL 2022, Tymal Mills played 5 matches. The left-arm pacer scalped 6 wickets in 5 games at an average of 31.67. He was highly expensive at his economy rate of 11.18. Hence, the team did not play him in all games and was also replaced midway.

Tymal Mills Played For Mumbai Indians in Last Season

Tymal Mills also played in IPL 2017. In the season, he played for Royal Challengers Bangalore. He played 5 matches for the team and picked 5 wickets at an average of 30.60. He led an economy of 8.57 in that season.

Later, the England pacer was absent from IPL 2018 to IPL 2021. In IPL 2022 auction, Mumbai Indians bought him for Rs. 1.50 crores. Overall in 10 IPL games, the England player has hunted 11 wickets at an average of 31.18 and an economy of 9.85. His best bowling show in IPL is 3/35.

In his international career for England, Mills has played 13 T20I games. He made his international debut long back in July 2015 but has only played 13 T20I games so far. He is yet to play an ODI or Test match for England.

In 13 T20I matches for England, the left-armer has grabbed 12 wickets at an average of 31.17. He holds an economy of 8.37 in the shortest format. His best bowling show in a T20I game is 3/27. He last played a T20I game against India in July 2022.
