Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) skipper KL Rahul achieved a massive feat in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He broke Chris Gayle’s record and became the fastest batter to reach 4000 runs in the league.

KL Rahul achieved the milestone in the ongoing IPL 2023 game against Punjab Kings (PBKS). He crossed the 4000-run mark in the 105th innings and surpassed Chris Gayle, who scored 4000 runs in 112 innings. The LSG skipper opened the innings for his team and made sure that his side are off the rollicking start.

KL Rahul is the fastest batter to 4000 runs in the IPL. He is followed by Chris Gayle, who achieved the milestone in 112 innings. David Warner is the third fastest to 4000 runs in the league whereas Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers are third and fourth fastest to the milestone.
