SRH vs RR: Watch - Yuzvendra Chahal Knocks Over Harry Brook With A Beauty As England Star Fails On IPL Debut

SRH had won the toss & asked RR to bat first in the 4th match of IPL 2023 & RR posted a mammoth total of 203-5. SRH got off to a dreadful start as they scored only 30 runs & lost 2 wickets. Harry Brook & Mayank Agarwal slowly started rebuilding the innings as in the first over itself Trent Boult took 2 wickets. Harry Brook was seen struggling which was quite a surprise.

RR skipper Sanju Samson’s decision to give 3 overs back-to-back to Trent Boult proved to be quite fruitful. Boult bowled immaculate lines & lengths where he didn’t allow the batters to dictate the terms. SRH batters were quite clueless as there was a lateral movement for the bowlers.

At the end of 6 overs, SRH’s score was 30-2 where Harry Brook was on 10 runs in 16 balls whereas Mayank Agrawal’s score was 20 runs in 15 balls.

Yuzvendra Chahal was bowling the 7th over & on the last delivery of the over, Chahal foxed Brook & bowled a flatter delivery on the off stump & crashed his stumps. Harry Brook was dismissed on 13 runs in 21 balls where he struck 1 four. SRH’s score was 34-3 in 7 overs.

SRH in deep trouble

The required run rate has gone past 10 runs per over where SRH have to unleash an attack on the opposition before it’s too late as the ball is turning & it won’t be easy by any means for the new batter. SRH fans would be in a state of shock as there were huge expectations from this batting lineup.

RR skipper Sanju Samson would sense that they can register a massive win as we all know that how crucial NRR (net run rate) is especially at the back end of the innings. SRH have looked scratchy from the start of the run chase. It has been a collective effort from the RR bowling lineup.
