Mumbai Indians opener and wicketkeeper Ishan Kishan was seen wearing a Superman costume at Mumbai Airport. There was some confusion over why Ishan Kishan wore such a unique outfit while traveling. Now, the actual season for the same has come to limelight.

Ishan Kishan has flopped with his batting in IPL 2024 so far. The left-handed batter got out a duck in the opening clash against Gujarat Titans. He scored 34 off 13 in the next game to come up with a better show, however, failed to convert his good start into a big knock.

The wicket-keeper batter also failed to score in the previous match vs Rajasthan Royals. He got out for 16 runs as MI faced a big blunder while batting. Hence, Kishan has failed to provide fabulous starts to Mumbai Indians so far in IPL 2024.

Kishan didn’t play in the tournament to evade any injuries ahead of IPL 2024. Later, the Indian Cricket Board did offer him BCCI’s central contracts for the 2023-2024 season.
