The Rajasthan Royals are heading into this match on the back of their previous win against Royal Challengers Bangalore. The Royals chased down 184 against RCB as the Jos Buttler century topped the Virat Kohli century, helping the Royals earn their fourth straight win.
The Royals have won all four of their despite not all the batters hitting form. Yashasvi Jaiswal has not yet hit form. Buttler came in form in the last game. Skipper Sanju Samson and Riyan Parag have contributed with the bat in several games. Samson scored 69 his second fifty of the season against RCB.
The bowling attack has held up well, Trent Boult has invariably taken wickets in every game. The spin duo of Ravichandran Ashwin and Yuzvendra Chahal have been consistent. Ashwin's consistency from one end has helped Chahal to pick wickets from the other end. Avesh Khan has also stepped up in a couple of games. There is injury concern over Sandeep Sharma and it will be interesting to see if he gets fit for the next game.

Gujarat Titans
Back-to-back defeats against Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants have taken the sting out of the GT side. They started well with a win against Mumbai Indians. They lost their next against CSK came back to winning ways against SRH and lost their next two games on the trot.
As a side, they have not been consistent. They have been top0heavy with the bat with a lot of pressure on skipper Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan to score runs. Gill's dismissal triggered a collapse for the Titans who failed to chase a modest total of 164 against LSG.
With the ball, Mohit Sharma was expensive in the last game. Despite the good start from Umesh Yadav, Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad could not make the most of it. This is a very crucial game for them to come back to winning ways. GT have won four of the five games against RCB but they will be playing in Jaipur which is RR's fortress.

Key Battles
Shubman Gill vs Trent Boult
GT has been heavily relying on Gill to give them good starts. However, RR have the answer in Trent Boult who has invariably taken wickets in the first over of almost every game. Boult has dismissed GIll just once in the IPL.
Sanju Samson vs Rashid Khan
Samson has dominated Rashid Khan in the IPL. He has scored 111 runs in 96 balls getting dismissed only once. The RR skipper likes taking on the spinners early on and Rashid might be his answer.
Jos Buttler vs Umesh Yadav
Umesh has a knack for picking wickets inside the powerplay. He got two against LSG as well. He will be eyeing up Jos Buttler's wicket early who is fresh off a century in the match against RCB. Umesh is yet to dismiss Buttler in the IPL.

For RR, Jos Buttler, Sanju Samson, and Riyan Parag are key batters with Yashasvi Jaiswal struggling for form. With the ball, Boult, Chahal, and Ashwin are key.
GT relies heavily on Shubman Gill to give them good starts. Sai Sudharsan has performed in a few games and they need a new hero with the bat, With the ball, Rashid Khan is the biggest key in the absence of Mohammed Shami. Mohit Sharma is another key bowler.
