Ireland Tour Of West Indies 2022: The Ireland National Cricket Team visited the Caribbeans for a limited-overs series in 2022. The Ireland Tour of West Indies 2022 comprised of three ODIs. The IRE tour of WI 2022 originally comprised of three ODIs and one T20I.

However, it was later changed to only three ODIs after the second ODI was postponed after Ireland captain Andrew Balbirnie, wicket-keeper Lorcan Tucker and interim head coach David Ripley tested positive for COVID-19. Balbirnie led the team in the first ODI before being replaced by Paul Stirling in the last two ODIs. 

West Indies won the first ODI by 24 runs to take the lead in the three-match series. Ireland, however, won the second and third ODIs to register a famous series win. It was also Ireland's first ODI series win away from home against an ICC Full Member team.

Originally, Ireland were scheduled to play three ODIs and one T20I against West Indies in 2022. However, the T20I was cancelled after the second ODI had to rescheduled due to Covid-19 outbreak in the Irish camp.

Andrew Balbirnie led Ireland in the first ODI against West Indies before Paul Stirling replaced him for the second and third games after he was tested positive for Covid-19.
