WI vs IRE ODI, T20I Schedule, Squads, Venue, Players List, Time Table, And Live Telecast In India. West Indies are set to host Ireland for an upcoming ODI and T20I series. The WI vs IRE ODI series will consist of three ODI games. It will be followed by a one-off T20I.

The Ireland tour of the West Indies will begin with the 1st ODI on January 8, 2022. The lone WI vs IRE T20I game will take place on January 16 and conclude the tour. The venue of all the matches is Sabina Park in Kingston, Jamaica.

West Indies’ last T20I series was against Pakistan in December 2021 last month, when the Caribbean team toured the Asian sub-continent for a three-match T20I series. West Indies lost all three games by big margins, facing a whitewash 3-0. The ODI series against Pakistan was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ireland recently toured the USA for a T20I and ODI series in December 2021. While the two-match T20I series took place successfully, the two-match ODI series was cancelled due to COVID-19. USA won the 1st T20I game while Ireland won the 2nd game and the series ended in a tie 1-1.

Ireland have named a 15-man squad for the West Indies tour. The squad will be led by Andrew Balbirnie, who will lead the team in both the ODI and T20I series. The West Indies squad will be led by Kieron Pollard in both series. West Indies have named a 14-man squad for both series. There are some changes in the ODI and T2oI squads of both teams.
