England batter James Vince has decided to quit first-class cricket for 2025 in order to make himself available for Pakistan Super League 2025.



The Global Super League is all set to take place later this year.



Co-owners of the IPL franchise Delhi Capitals, GMR Group, on Monday (30th September), purchased the County team Hampshire Cricket



Essex's already-slim chances of winning the County Championship title this season have been dashed after receiving a harsh penalty imposed by the Cricket Discipline Commission.



Hampshire was previously associated with an IPL club, the Rajasthan Royals (RR), from 2010 to 2013, and played as Hampshire Royals during that time.
