Major League Cricket (MLC) Fixtures & Schedule 2026
The Major League Cricket (MLC) is United States' premier T20 competition. It is sanctioned by the USA Cricket and is organized by the American Cricket Enterprises (ACE).
Six city-based teams have been playing in the tournament since its inaugural season in 2023. Four of the six teams have links with IPL teams. Three of those teams are directly owned by IPL teams while the other one is co-owned by another IPL team. The six teams are - Los Angeles Knight Riders, MI New York, San Francisco Unicorns, Seattle Orcas, Texas Super Kings, and Washington Freedom.
MI New York and Seattle Orcas qualified for the final in the first season. MI New York went on to win the title with an impressive 7-wicket win over the Orcas. In the second season in 2024, Washington Freedom beat San Francisco Unicorns by 96 runs to win the title.
MLC Schedule:
The third season of the MLC will be played in June-July 2025. The tournament is scheduled to get underway on June 12 with the game between last season's finalists Washington Freedom and San Francisco Unicorns. The final is scheduled to take place on July 13.
While the first two seasons of the MLC was played across two venues, the third season will be played across three venues - the Oakland Coliseum, Grand Prairie Stadium in Texas, and Broward County Stadium in Lauderhill, Florida. Grand Prairie Stadium will host all the playoffs matches.
Six teams will be featuring in MLC 2025. As per the format, each team will play against the other five teams twice during the league stage. At the end of the league stage, the top four teams will qualify for the playoffs which include a Qualifier, an Eliminator and a Challenger match. The winner of the Qualifier and the Challenger match will then play the final.
