Nepal Premier League Points Table

The first edition of the much-awaited Nepal Premier League (NPL) will be played in 2024. The tournament has been founded by Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) and will be played annually. It is set to become Nepal's main T20 tournament.

The Nepal Premier League has replaced the Nepal T20 League which was discontinued after just one season. Eight teams will be participating in Nepal Premier League 2024. The teams will be representing eight provinces or cities of Nepal. 

The eight teams are - Biratnagar Kings, Chitwan Rhinos, Janakpur Bolts, Karnali Yaks, Kathmandu Gurkhas, Lumbini Lions, Pokhara Avengers and Sudurpaschim Royals. The likes of Sandeep Lamichhane, Kushal Malla, Aasif Sheikh, Sompal Kami, Karan KC, Rohit Paudel, Kushal Bhurtel and Dipendra Singh Airee will be leading the teams.

A total of 32 games will be played in the inaugural edition of the Nepal Premier League. In the league stage, each team will be playing against the other teams once. At the end of the league stage, the top four teams will advance to the playoffs.
