Islamabad United lock horns with Quetta Gladiators in the 10^th match of the PSL 2022 on Thursday at National Stadium in Karachi. Islamabad United currently find itself at the number two position with 1 win in 2 matches. Despite losing the second game, they would be confident of winning the third match on Thursday.

Chasing a mammoth score of 217 runs in the last game, Islamabad United fell 20 runs short of the target. They were bowled out for 197 runs in the second innings. Alex Hales, Paul Sterling, and R Gurbaz got starts but couldn’t convert them into big scores.

All three players, however, are in pretty good touch and you expect them to bat well on Thursday. Shadab Khan played, arguably, his best knock in the last game as he scored 91 runs in just 42 balls, including 5 fours and 9 sixes. It is fair to say that Quetta Gladiators need a lot of improvement as far as batting is concerned. The likes of Ahsan Ali, Will Smeed, and Sarfaraz Ahmed ought to exhibit a lot more consistency with the bat.
