IND vs SA: "You Will Not Improve Until You Are Open To Take Criticism": Danish Kaneria's Advice To India's Out-Of-Form Bowler Bhuvneshwar Kumar

Danish Kaneria, a former Pakistani cricketer, thinks Bhuvneshwar Kumar of Team India should be willing to take criticism if he wants to reclaim his lost form.
Kaneria emphasized the Indian pacer’s recent lackluster T20 cricket performances and urged that he think about switching up his strategy. He believed that the senior seamer was leaking a lot of runs in the death overs and was unable to make an impact with the new ball.

While Kumar is a seasoned campaigner, the former spinner believes he has been acting strangely recently. Kaneria said on his YouTube channel following India’s T20I series finale versus Australia:

“You will not progress until you are open to accepting criticism.” While he has been a fantastic fast bowler and has performed admirably, he is not at his best right now. He is having trouble with the new ball, and it is the same story on the back end.” He is not striving to be unusual and has constantly proven to be expensive.”
Danish Kaneria was blown away by Team India’s Axar Patel:
Danish Kaneria noted that Axar Patel, a bowling all-rounder, did a good job handling the ball against Australia in Ravindra Jadeja’s absence.
Because of his propensity for getting wickets at important moments, the cunning spinner, according to him, has become skipper Rohit Sharma’s go-to choice.
Danish Kaneria opined that Patel is capable of excelling both with the new ball and during the middle overs. And he said:

“Axar Patel has shown that he can fill Ravindra Jadeja’s shoes. Every time the captain handed him the ball, he made an impact. He can bowl at any stage as he can take the new ball and also come in during the middle overs. Whenever the team needs a breakthrough, he can provide it,” Danish Kaneria said.
The Indian team will face South Africa in three T20Is and as many ODIs in September and October. The T20I series is set to begin on September 28 in Thiruvananthapuram.
