The India vs South Africa series continues with Vizag ready to host the third T20I between both sides on June 14, Tuesday. India are trailing in the series after losing the first two games and staring down the barrel. Another loss would mean that they will lose the T20I series as well after losing the Test and ODI series earlier this year.

Stand-in skipper Rishabh Pant is under the pump to deliver with former cricketers criticising him for the decisions he took in the first two games. India played 18 T20Is this year so far winning 11 under Rohit Sharma and losing all of the remaining seven including these two games against SA.

India and South Africa have been fierce rivals over the years across formats. The Men in Blue have now lost five out of the six T20Is played against South Africa at home.

While their batsmen scored runs in the first game, they could not score as many as they would have wanted to in the second. It is the consistency within the team that has affected the outcome of the first two games. India now needs to win three on the trot to win the series and it will not be easy.

The weather prediction for the IND vs SA third T20I in Vizag does not look good. There will be some sun as per AccuWeather in the morning of the matchday. The temperature will be around 33 to 35 degrees. By the time the evening settles down, the temperature will come down to 30 degrees.

There will be 80 per cent cloud cover with tan hovering on the clouds as well. Humidity will be as high as 78 per cent. Dew has not made an impact in the first two games. Thus it will be interesting to see if it makes any in the third.

So far only two T20Is have been played in Vizag with not too much difference in the average first and the second innings scores. Both the matches have been won by the team chasing with 127 being the highest team score at this venue.
