IND vs WI: Spectators Allowed At The Eden Gardens For The Third And Final India vs West Indies T20I

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has allowed spectators at the Eden Gardens, Kolkata for the third and final T20 International match of the series between the India National Cricket Team and West Indies National Cricket Team, which will be played on Sunday, February 20.
The Cricket Association of Bengal (CAB) had requested the Board of Control for Cricket in India to allow spectators in the upper blocks of all the stands at Eden Gardens, Kolkata and the board accepted the request and allowed the crowd for the third and final T20I of the series.

“As discussed with other OB, as per your request, you can open up for the last T20 match against West Indies at Eden,” BCCI president Sourav Ganguly has emailed to CAB chief Avishek Dalmiya.
Also, the first and second T20I match of the series, which will be played on Wednesday and Friday, will have some crowd. Notably, some crowd has been allowed in the hospitality area and the Club House upper tier.
KL Rahul, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar Ruled Out Of India vs West Indies T20Is
Washington Sundar recently suffered a hamstring injury and he has been ruled out of the T20I series against West Indies. Previously, white-ball vice-captain KL Rahul and spin bowling all-rounder Axar Patel have been ruled out of the series as well.
KL Rahul had suffered a left hamstring strain and Axar Patel is in the final stage of his rehabilitation. Kuldeep Yadav has been named Sundar’s replacement and Ruturaj Gaikwad and Deepak Hooda replaced Rahul and Axar in the squad.
