World Championship of Legends (2025)

The much-awaited World Championship of Legends will get underway in July 2025. The tournament is scheduled to be played from July 18 to August 2. It will be the second season of the tournament and will be played in England.

A total of six teams featuring stars of yesteryear will be participating in the competition. Some of the biggest names in the game such as Yuvraj Singh, Harbhajan Singh, Chris Gayle , AB De Villiers and Brett Lee will be in action during the tournament.

The India Champions are the defending champions and will be looking to defend the title. They will be opening their campaign against Pakistan Champions on July 20. On the other hand, England Champions and Pakistan Champions will be facing each other in the first game of the tournament.

World Championship of Legends Teams:

A total of six teams will be taking part in the competition. The six teams are:

  • India Champions
  • Pakistan Champions
  • South Africa Champions
  • England Champions
  • Australia Champions
  • West Indies Champions

The six teams will be facing each other once in the league stage before the top four teams qualify for the semifinals.

World Championship of Legends venues:

The WCL 2025 games will be played across four venues in England. The four venues are:

  • Edgbaston (Birmingham)
  • County Ground (Northampton)
  • Grace Road (Leicester)
  • Headingley (Leeds)

Edgbaston will be hosting the first game, two semifinals as well as the final
