India won the toss in the match and opted to bowl first. Mitchell Marsh, who opened the innings for Australia, played a good knock of 81 runs. His opening partner Travis Head got out for just 5 runs but Marsh kept his patience and came up with a wonderful knock against India.

During the match, skipper Hardik Pandya lost his temper while bowling to Mitchell Marsh. The Aussie opener stopped Pandya midway as he was distracted by the sight screen. Post the incident, Pandya also lost his cool and had an argument with on-field umpires. Have a look at the video below.

Meanwhile, Australia failed to come up with a good batting show against India. Batting first, Australia were bowled out for just 188 runs in the match. Mitchell Marsh played a good knock of 81 runs for the team but the rest of the batsmen failed to bat well.

For India, Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj picked 3 wickets each. Ravindra Jadeja hunted 2 wickets while Hardik Pandya and Kuldeep Yadav picked 1 wicket each. Australia could not even play for long as all of their batters went to the pavilion before the 36th over.
