Australia will choose two spinners in Nathan Lyon and Mitch Swepson for the second match in a row, Australian skipper Pat Cummins confirmed on Sunday.

The series score is at 0-0 going into the last match in Lahore between Australia and Pakistan.

Swepson made his debut in the second Test at Karachi, picking up two wickets in the first innings but missed out in the second as Pakistan fought on for a draw.

“I was quite pleased with our team’s performance.” Australia Captain Pat Cummins

After the first two Tests ended in a dull draw, the Australian bowlers were able to turn the game around with their outstanding performance.

“Things might have turned out differently if we had made a few of those catches. Throughout this Test series, I believe we provided ourselves a wonderful opportunity”

“I was quite pleased with our team’s performance. We are demonstrating that we can adjust to new situations fairly successfully. But, of course, coming that close and not achieving success can feel like a squandered opportunity,” Cummins remarked.

With the series locked at 0-0, fans can expect a thrilling conclusion when Pakistan and Australia meet in the final Test in Lahore on March 21.
