CPL 2021 Live: SKN vs SLK- How To Watch CPL 2021 Final Live In Your Country? Saint Lucia Kings face off St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots in the CPL 2021 final on Wednesday at the Warner Park in St. Kitts on Wednesday. Both are coming into the game on the back of outstanding performances in their respective semi-final matches.

St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots implemented their plans brilliantly with the ball against Guyana Amazon Warriors. A collective bowling effort helped them restrict Guyana Amazon Warriors to 178 runs in the first innings.

It could have been 20 runs less had Sheldon Cottrell not conceded three sixes from Shimron Hetmyer in the final over. Though, it didn’t hurt them as an unbeaten 77-run knock from Evin Lewis took the Patriots to the CPL 2021 final.

Evin Lewis and Chris Gayle gave the team a scintillating start in the second innings. The duo added 68 runs in the first six overs and set the right foundation for the run-chase. Chris Gayle, unfortunately, got out after scoring 42 off 27 balls but Evin Lewis looked unstoppable.

Dwayne Bravo came at number three and the decision reaped rewards. Both stitched a brilliant 88-run partnership for the second wicket and thereby took the game away from the Warriors.

Dwayne Bravo got out in the 16th over after scoring 43 off 31, however, the Warriors perhaps had a little chance of making a comeback by then. Evin Lewis scored an unbeaten 77-run knock-off 39 deliveries and helped the team chase down the target in just 17.5 overs.

On the other hand, Saint Lucia Kings beat Trinbago Knight Riders by 21 runs to reach their second consecutive final. Faf du Plessis missed out, once again, due to a leg injury.

Add to that, both Andre Fletcher (4) and R Cornwall (0) got out on low scores. However, Mark Deyal stepped up for them when it mattered the most.

He hit five fours and six sixes en-route to a brilliant 78-run knock off just 44 balls. Deyal gave the side a blistering start and set the foundation for the mammoth score.

Roston Chase (36 off 21) continued his brilliant form with the bat, while David Wiese (34 off 21) and Tim David (38 off 17) finished the innings on a brilliant note. At the end of the first innings, Saint Lucia Kings notched a massive 205 in 20 overs.

Trinbago Knight Riders were guilty of not converting the starts into big scores.  Sunil Narine (30 off 17), Colin Munro (28 off 23), Denesh Ramdin (29 off 26), Bravo (25 off 16), and Pollard (26 off 13) all got out in the 20s and 30s. Dawid Wiese and Wahab Riaz didn’t allow the batsmen to flourish as the duo picked seven wickets between them.

Wiese went on to pick his second five-wicket haul this season. Alzarri Joseph too was brilliant for his spell of 1 for 24 in 4 overs. Trinbago Knight Riders, as a result, were restricted to 184 runs in the second innings, thus falling short of 21 runs to the target.
