CPL 2021: TKR vs JT Live- How To Watch The Match In Your Country? Trinbago Knight Riders will take on Jamaica Tallawahs for the second time this season on Tuesday. The two teams met each other on Sunday as well.

Jamaica Tallawahs batted first and made a horrendous start to the innings, having lost the first five wickets for just 15 runs in six overs. Kennar Lewis and Rovman Powell went back for ducks, while Haider Ali, Jason Mohammed, and Kirk McKenzie scored 2, 5, and 4 respectively.

Pakistan all-rounder, Imad Wasim then joined hands with Carlos Braithwaite and led Jamaica’s recovery. The duo added 83 runs for the sixth wicket and got the team back into the game. Imad Wasim got out after scoring 42 off 38 balls. Carlos Braithwaite went onto score a half-century for the team. Andre Russell played a great 8-ball 20-run cameo, in the end, to guide Jamaica to 144 in the first innings.

Akeal Hosein and Ravi Rampaul claimed two wickets each, while Sunil Narine and Udana took 1 apiece. Trinbago Knight Riders had Sunil Narine out early but Lendl Simmons had a day to remember.

Simmons, who didn’t make any substantial contribution in the first 5 games, played a match-winning 70-run knock of 45 balls. He hit 5 fours and as many sixes during his knock. Colin Munro played as a second fiddle to him and finished his innings on 34 runs off 34 balls.

Trinbago Knight Riders, eventually, chased down the total in just 14.3 overs. Imad Wasim was the pick of the bowlers for Jamaica, claiming 2 for 19 in 4 overs. However, the other bowlers proved a lot expensive. With 3 wins in 6 games, Trinbago Knight Riders are currently sitting at third on the points table. Jamaica, on the other hand, is at fifth with 2 wins in 5 games.
