Former Pakistan player, Ahmed Shehzad has come up with another shocking revelation on Gary Kirsten's reported outburst in the dressing room. Pakistan cricket team is going through a rough phase right now. Not only their performances in the field have been below par, but there have been reports of differences in the dressing room as well.

The Men in Green were eliminated from the Group stage of the ICC T20 World Cup 2024 after losing their matches against the USA and India. Despite winning the final two games against Canada and Ireland, Pakistan failed to qualify for the Super Eights.

According to the reports, Pakistan's head coach Gary Kirsten lambasted the team for their poor performance in the T20 World Cup 2024. The Men in Green lost their first two games of the tournament and failed to reach the Super Eight stage.

Kirsten's comments were made public by journalist Ihtisham Ul Haq through his tweet. According to Ihtisham, Kirsten was frustrated with the team's atmosphere and claimed that there was no unity in the Pakistan team.

Ahmed Shehzad's shocking revelation on Gary Kirsten's comments

Pakistan opener Ahmed Shehzad has recently been in the news for his powerful views on Pakistan's poor performance. During a chat on Geo News channel, Shehzad claimed that he had spoken to a few Pakistani players, who confirmed that Gary Kirsten's statements were correct.

"Meri team main current players se bat huyi hai. Unhone confirm kiya hai ki jo final meeting huyi hai, unme unhone iss tarah ki baat ki hai and Gary Kirsten wali statement true hai (I have had a chat with some of the current players in the team. They have confirmed that Gary Kirsten's statement is correct and he said all those things in the final meeting)," Shehzad claimed during the show.

Many former cricketers and experts termed this episode as a disturbing one. Commentator Harsha Bhogle said that it will be a learning curve for Gary Kirsten but he is a good man and Pakistan will do well to seek the benefits of his knowledge.
