Australian Cricket Team had opted to bowl in a heavy-weight clash. Aussies have rested the trio: Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood & Pat Cummins, and the leg spinner Adam Zampa for this contest in order to manage the workload.
England on the other side has got their skipper Jos Buttler back into the action. The team looks as powerful as ever as the flamboyant Ben Stokes is also making a return after being rested for the Pakistan tour. All the eyes would be on Mark Wood as it would be interesting to see how he fares in Australian conditions.
Jos Buttler on Fire
In the very 1st over Buttler had smashed 4 fours on the bowling of Cameron Green. The Aussies tried to pull things back but the batter was ready for all sorts of challenges. Jos Buttler on the bowling of Kane Richardson smashed an unbelievable six in the 5th over the wicket-keeper’s head where the entire crowd was thrilled. The way Buttler is batting it looks like there is carnage at Perth Stadium.

England on a Roll
England is in no mood of playing the waiting game. England would be eyeing a total in excess of 200 runs which will give them a psychological advantage. England has got a lot of fire-power present which can make things hard for the Mighty Aussies. The role of Ben Stokes becomes crucial here as the batter can play a handy cameo of 30-35 runs and change the game for England.
Australia on the other hand would be hoping that they restrict England under 220 runs. It won’t be wrong to say that this is a wake-up call for Australia as England batters are easily clearing the fence. Daniel Sams will have to be spot-on with his variations as he has been around the team for a couple of overs. Aaron Finch would be worried as such sort of performance can change the dynamics of the team.
