I Don’t Like Too Much Of A Break – Moeen Ali
Speaking to Cricbuzz, Moeen Ali said he will continue playing and training hard to maintain his fitness. The 35-year-old said his goal is to win both the 2023 50-over World Cup in India and the 2024 T20 World Cup in the USA and West Indies.
“By playing and training hard. I don’t like too much of a break. A break makes the body a little stiff,” Moeen Ali said.

“I want both the trophies again. I don’t really set personal goals but as a team, we have to keep going and we have to keep winning the trophies,” he added.

We Really Switched Styles And Played Really Well – Moeen Ali
England lost to Ireland by five runs in the group stage of the T20 World Cup 2022 in Australia. Moeen Ali said that after the devastating defeat, they decided to play more aggressive cricket in the team meetings.

“We just sat down and we spoke to be more aggressive. We became more dynamic as a team. We really switched styles and played really well after that. We went on to beat Sri Lanka, New Zealand, India and Pakistan. We play well when we have our backs against the wall,” said Moeen Ali.
