On Monday, October 3, the International Cricket Council (ICC) announced the complete schedule for the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023, which is scheduled to be held in South Africa in February.
The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2023, which will be the eighth edition of the tournament, is set to commence on February 10, 2023, and the summit clash is scheduled to take place on February 26, 2023. Also, February 27 has been kept as a reserve day for the final.

Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh are placed in the Group 1 of the marquee tournament while England, India, West Indies, Pakistan and Ireland are placed in Group 2.
In the group stage round of the tournament, each team will lock horns with the other four teams in their group once and the top two teams in each group at the end of the group stage will qualify for the semi-finals.
Also, the matches of the multi-nation tournament are set to take place in Cape Town, Paarl and Gqeberha.
