India has almost covered all the bases for the T20 Worldcup and their only dilemma is going to be the competition for the last couple of spots which will be decided in the series against Sri Lanka most probably. India has a strong core with Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Shikhar Dhawan, and some exciting players like KL Rahul in the lineup.

These are all match winners and they can take the game away from the opponents in a flash. Also, they have two quality all-rounders in Hardik Pandya and Ravindra Jadeja who have been exceptional. They have a wide array of fast bowlers to pick from for the T20 Worldcup and anyone can do the job. Jasprit Bumrah and Bhuvneshwar Kumar are world-class bowlers and will play a big role too.

Pakistan’s Record Against India In World Cups:

India has a no-loss record against Pakistan in Worldcup, whether it is T20 or ODI format. It started off with the 1992 Worldcup where India won the game by 43 runs against Pakistan and the latest rivalry was the 2019 Worldcup in England, in the group stages, where India went on to win the game by 89 runs.

India has never lost a T20 Worldcup match against Pakistan so far and has won all the five outings so far against their arch-rivals. It started off with the 2007 T20 Worldcup group stage tiebreaker win for India and the last meeting was in the 2016 T20 Worldcup, where India won the game by 6 wickets. The numbers game has favored India and it might not be a surprise if India continues their dominance.

Presence of X-Factor Players In Indian Lineup:

India has got the presence of X-Factor players like Rishabh Pant, Suryakumar Yadav and this will be a big boost to their playing lineup. These players have got the ability to play unorthodox shots and win the games from improbable situations. They still are young to international cricket but will be a huge prospect for India in the future.

Pakistan has been lacking to produce X factor players and they have relied on their top order heavily with Babar Azam to do the bulk of the scoring. It has certainly taken a toll on their team performances and certainly, India might be superior over Pakistan in that aspect.
