Indian Fans Delighted With Richard Kettleborough’s Absence for India's Match

The Indian cricket team fans have been relieved by the ICC's decision to appoint Chris Gaffaney and Rod Tucker as the on-field umpires for the India-England semifinal. The absence of Richard Kettleborough has brought happiness to Indian supporters ahead of the crucial match.

Kettleborough’s presence on the field brought bad luck to the Indian team, as they lost multiple ICC knockout matches, including the recent ODI World Cup Final, in the last decade. The Indian cricket team will be hoping for better fortune in the crucial upcoming match.

The Men in Blue last won the ICC trophy in the Champions Trophy 2013. The Indian team came close to winning the title on multiple occasions in ICC tournaments but failed to cross the finish line. Team India suffered a 10-wicket loss in the semifinal during the last edition of the T20 World Cup.
