IND vs PAK: John Buchanan Names The Players To Watch Out For Team India

Indian Cricket Team has been in great touch recently after defeating Australia and South Africa in the T20I Series. The Men in Blue have rediscovered their mojo and once again are looking a force to reckon with. The team would be well aware of the fact that conditions in Australia would be completely different than in India.

The star batter Virat Kohli will have to make sure that he holds one end. The right-handed batter was a part of the 2015 Cricket World Cup as he knows how to score runs on Australian pitches.

John Buchanan was having an interaction with News18 Cricket Next and was asked about the X factor for India. “Probably in every side. There’s one, two, or three. The ones that you think, or the ones that, But again, just watching the India vs Australia T20I series, I was just amazed by the short making of  Suryakumar Yadav and KL Rahul that that was pretty amazing. If those players and then you add in Rohit Sharma or Rishabh Pant or whoever else to that line-up and of-course Kohli it presents as a really exciting batting order.” said Buchanan.

Great Chance for India

The Men in Blue would be eyeing for revenge against Pakistan for their T20 World Cup 2021 defeat. In the last edition, the team was completely outplayed by Men In Green. India would be hoping that this time they start well as in such a short tournament couple of losses can ruin all the hard work.

Head Coach Rahul Dravid and Skipper Rohit Sharma would be well aware of the fact that the team can’t get complacent. The duo should stick to one combination rather than playing musical chairs. It would be interesting to see whether Ashwin plays as India already has Chahal and Axar Patel.
